To make this a really fantastic experience for everyone, we need all the 
help we can get.  Look over the list below and see what you’re available

*/Cabaret Volunteer Needs:/*

*Gym Set Up* - /Saturday, March 29^th ^  //9AM//-//noon// (or whenever 
finished/): Help needed to set up tables and chairs, decorate and 
prepare tables for the show, finish gym decorations, etc.*
Show #1* – /Saturday, March 29^th //6PM//-end of show:/ Help needed to 
set out refreshments for each table, and attend to last minute pre-show 
details.  Then your jobs during the show will include door keeping, 
ushering, spotlights, student and equipment supervision, etc.  During 
intermission, every available hand will be delivering ice creams to each 
table.  After the show, you’ll help clean up and set up for the Sunday 
afternoon show. (16 volunteers needed)*
Show #2* – /Sunday, March 30^th //11:30AM//-end of show:/ Help needed to 
set out refreshments for each table, and attend to last minute pre-show 
details.  Then your jobs during the show will include door keeping, 
ushering, spotlights, student and equipment supervision, etc.  During 
intermission, every available hand will be delivering ice creams to each 
table.  After the show, you’ll help clean up and set up for the evening 
show.   (16 volunteers needed)
*Feeding Cast & Crew *– /Sunday, March 30^th at conclusion of //1PM// 
show (around 3 or //3:30PM//): /Help needed to feed the cast and crew 
between shows on Sunday.  Need to have paper goods and beverages ready, 
serve food, and monitor cafeteria then clean up.  (6 volunteers needed)
*Show #3* – /Sunday, March 30^th //4:30PM//-end of show:/ Help needed to 
set out refreshments for each table, and attend to last minute pre-show 
details.  Then your jobs during the show will include door keeping, 
ushering, spotlights, student and equipment supervision, etc.  During 
intermission, every available hand will be delivering ice creams to each 
table.   (16 volunteers needed)
*Show #3 Cleanup* – /Sunday, March 30^th approx. 8:00 (end of show) - 
?:/ Lots of help needed to clean up, stack chairs, remove tables, take 
down decorations, move equipment, etc.  The gym needs to be restored to 
normal for Monday’s classes.  (20-30 volunteers needed)
