[BandNews] Chili Fiesta Raffle items needed!

Hi Everyone,

 

We are in need of Raffle items for the Chili Fiesta.  These same raffle 
items will be presented at the concert next week in an effort to 
jump-start the fundraising for the Chili fiesta.  Dianne McDonald is 
doing a great job coordinating the raffle, securing a raffle permit and 
getting things organized.  We need to help pitch in with raffle items.  
Please work with your resources to help generate raffle items.  We need 
gift certificates.  Hotel nights, restaurants, hair salons, carpet 
cleaning, autobody work, car detailing, flowers, legal work, 
advertising, you name it.  We can use in-kind items like toys, tools, 
furniture, new or used cars, riding lawn mowers, electronics, again, no 
limit.  The goal is to create an overwhelming desire for someone to buy 
raffle tickets.

Remember, donations are fully tax deductible as Alvirne Friends of Music 
is a 501(c)(3) organization.  Worth noting to all that you talk with re: 
donations.

 

I have attached a Donations letter for you to use while requesting 
donations.  Any questions, please call me or Dianne McDonald.

As soon as you get an item, please let Dianne know right away so she can 
coordinate your item with all the other items.
